Called this place looking for a part. The employee that answered heard what i was looking for and said, "can't help you" before abruptly hanging up. When i called back to see what the problem was, he told me i had called him five times looking for the same part. I have made about twenty phone calls today looking for this part, and none of them are to the same business. I can only assume that this particular company has several different aliases, possibly to distract from other negative comments. When i attempted to explain that i had not called the same business name twice he interrupted me and advised me to never call back and hung up on me a second time. I have saved this number in my phone as a**hole, so that if, in my future searches for good customer service i call another of their aliases, i will never make the mistake of giving this company one cent of my business.
