As an owner of a small custom home design/build company I am constantly in need of exotic or hard to locate materials. I have used U S Lumber Brokers for everything from the unique materials incorporated in our decks, gazebos, pool house and various other highly customized outside living spaces to exotic woods for exterior finishes and beautiful hardwood floors. There is nothing that I have needed that this company hasn't been able to locate and get to me promptly for a reasonable price. But don't be fooled by the name. They will help you with small projects as well. Their focus is exotic south American hardwoods, but this company was able to locate for me and ship 1/4" finish grade maple plywood with a documented proof of a Class "C" fire rating to the job in just under 10 days from the initial call. They even went so far as to have an outside lab test and presented to the local fire marshal. They are friendly and very professional. This company will go out of its way to try to find whatever it is you desire.
