WaterView Pools - Austin

My experience with Waterview Pools was nothing short of a nightmare. Their utter lack of organization, abysmal communication, and constant incompetence turned every step of the process into a debacle. It's astonishing how unprofessional they were, to the point where we had to write a Job Change Order for them because they clearly didn't know what they were doing. They missed the mark on the majority of their promised deadlines, leaving me exasperated.

To top it all off, their refusal to honor their warranty and their ghosting of me afterward is the epitome of unethical business practices. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company, as dealing with them was a horrific and costly mistake.
