Aventura's Finest Hand Car Wash

I had my new 2013 Lexus GS 350 waxed here and the wax job was horrible. It felt like the car has never been waxed when I checked it a few days later. My fault for not checking right away, but hey wouldn't you trust spending a good amount getting your car waxed where you shouldn't have to check??? I have waxed my previous car before myself and it came out smooth, so smooth you feel like you would slip off if you stood against it. Even being a few years old, that car felt soooo much smoother. I feel like I was set up so I would come back in a few months for another wax. Anyway, I brought my car back and they even admitted that the wax job was not good. Their solution, instead of providing a complimentary wax like they should have, was suggest I do a more expensive "different wax" job with a discount of 15 dollars. This wax job costed more than the other wax job they just did even with the discount!!! This is what we call bad business and I feel like I was discriminated as well. I was disgusted and unimpressed with a place I used to love, I guess now their true colors show. DONT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!

They have never missed a single spot or smudge on my car, even though they work very quickly!
