Dixie Medical Imaging

I've been to DMI a few times and, overall, the service has been very good. The staff is very professional and courteous.
The only setback is : the waiting time is very long. Up to one hour beyond your appointment time.

They cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours of having it done. Stated that my insurance is not covered...not true. They said that they had called but not true. BUT FOR THE SPECIAL PRICE OF $600 I could have it done. Felt I was at a car dealership. They stated that they call the day before to other patients and that is how they work, giving a warning of less than 24 hours. Not professional at all. I would reconsider another bussiness

My physician referred me to DMI and I am satisfied with the service and patient care I received from this center. The staff is very professional and they know what they are doing. I definitely recommend this imaging center.
