General Info: Horacio P. Groisman, MDDr. Groisman graduated at the top of his class from the University of Buenos Aires Medical School, Argentina. He then went on to train at Georgetown University and completed an accredited Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Training Program in Washington DC.
