Love My Shoes

I purchased shoes in Babylon at full price of $29.98 on 4/25/16. I received an unadvertised discount of 10%/$3 and paid $28.23 (with tax) on a credit card. On 4/27/16, I attempted to return the shoes for a refund. The shoes were unworn in the box with all the packaging. The manager Melanie looked at receipt and said you were just here yesterday (it was two days ago and I don't know what that has to do with anything). She said this was a final sale because you received a discount and the salesperson Marlenis F. should have informed you. She offered an exchange or store credit. I told her I absolutely was not informed it was a final sale and requested a refund. She again said you were just here and refused to give me a refund. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and BBB and will never shop here again.
