        Paid them for materials and can't get them to call back for over 2 weeks

        We paid for our materials and a portion of labor upfront over a month ago and have been unable to get anyone to call us back since they received our money. Have sent numerous letters, emails, phone calls, messages, etc. with absolutely no phone call back.
