Katherine believes treatment should be patient-centered, her aim is to work toward your specific goals, empowering through education and returning you back to the activities you love. Her approach is to use a balance of manual therapy to restore mobility while retraining movement patterns through patient specific exercise. She emphasizes the importance to not only treat your symptoms, but to identify underlying biomechanical dysfunction that may be contributing to your movement limitations and working to prevent future injuries. Spending most of her practicing years in orthopedics, she enjoys working with patients of all ages from young to those still young at heart. With a special interest in the treatment of shoulder, lower extremity conditions and post-surgical care.
Whiplash
Luke was raised on Bainbridge and in recent years returned to the island with his wife, Laura. He treats nearly all orthopedic and neurological conditions with special interests in whiplash injuries, balance, and sport-related spinal and lower extremity injuries. Outside of his physical therapy practice, he enjoys soccer, biking, photography, and traveling.

A 1985 cum laude graduate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College, Suzanne's early career focused on long-term rehabilitation, specializing in work with stroke patients and people with chronic neurological diseases. Over the years, her practice expanded into acute care, home care, sports medicine, orthopedics, and academia.
Physical Therapy
Austyn was born in Medford, Oregon and raised in Livermore, California where she grew up participating in many sports. She moved to Portland, Oregon at 17 to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College, where she also played for three years on their NCAA Division III soccer team, followed by captaining the club rugby team for two years. After graduating in 2014, Austyn spent a year and a half working in a residential treatment facility for troubled youth in Lake Oswego before taking a position as a physical therapy aide, where she quickly fell in love with the profession.
Neuro Rehabilitation
Austyn received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon in 2020. While attending George Fox, Austyn spent much of her free time instructing a stroke recovery exercise program, as well as performing administrative duties for the pro bono clinic on campus. In June of 2019, Austyn and several of her classmates traveled to Ghana to provide free physical therapy and education to locals. They held several in-services on evidence-based PT practice for the students of local universities. Her passions in physical therapy revolve around promoting overall health and wellness, strength training, neurorehabilitation, fall risk prevention, and return-to-sport/return-to-work programs. She has additional education in vestibular rehabilitation and a background in researching falls-risk screening in community-dwelling older adults.
Manual Therapy
Dana is passionate about providing holistic patient care that is individualized to fit each patient’s individual needs. She utilizes a variety of manual therapy techniques in combination with specific exercise interventions to help patients reach their goals and increase their overall quality of life.
