General Info

Founded in 1969, Lighthouse Youth Services is nonprofit organization providing support services to the children and families. The organization provides services, such as early childhood care, emergency shelter, residential treatment, juvenile corrections, education, foster care and adoption. It provides residential care for more than 250 children in homes, group homes, residential treatment centers, supervised apartments and other residential programs. Staff member author nationally published books and articles, frequently present national conferences and consult with states and agencies nationwide. Lighthouse is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Abuse services and licensed by the Ohio Department of Human Services. The organization is based in Cincinnati.
