I have rented from this company in Oildale for two years. in that time .. I would ask them to fix something they would tell me very fast if we feel its your fault we will charge you! how can that be when the swamp cooler doesn't work right, or the stove burns up unexpectedly, or the lighting fixture keeps burning out a balances box in the bathroom. every time it came to needing help. they would take there time - up to weeks to get things fixed. there excuse was the owner cant afford to fix things all the time and even hinted at a rent hike. the maintenance manager is the worst. we had to even reclean or house because they thought it was clean... we even moved out before our 30 day notice and it took them the hole 21 days to get our deposit back . im not sure what the return will be . im sure they will nickel and dime us even though we left the place 5 times cleaner top to bottom -then when we moved in!!!!! if you see this review while looking at tis property company run! don't look back you will regret it- if you don't!!!! I give them -5 stars!!!!

By far the worst experience ever! Very unprofessional. I got fined 50 dollars for not watering my lawn, it wasnt my fault they were too cheap to install a sprinkler system working too jobs i never had time. The house i rented did not have an a/c. When the swamp cooler broke they fined me 50 dollars for not reporting it "immediately." They were very rude when i would go in and try to reason with them. Never will i ever do business with them. They don't even deserve a star!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Although our house was very nice , this property management company was by far the most unprofessional bunch of women I have ever dealt with. Whenever we needed something done or fixed, the maintenance manager never returned our calls and made the receptionist do all the work. On top of that, we were charged for things that were not tenant responsibility. Overall, I feel bad for the owners who choose pensinger properties as their property management company. My advice: go somewhere else! Also rent somewhere else! Thumbs down.

Gail with Pensinger Properties is very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with her Management Company. Rates are great and the tenants love her.
