I called to SET UP SERVICE and I was put on hold for 10 min. I hung up. You would think they would take care of you immediately if they wanted your business. I thought you know what I will give them another chance I will call back. I WAITED ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 10 MIN! First impression tells me to go someplace else!

I have been with this company for 7 years and about 2 or 3 times a year have some stupid rule come up that keeps them from picking up my garbage. The first incident occured about 6 months after starting service when we put 8 bags out ot be collected . We got home from work and the trash had not been collected. I called and they told me the limit was 7 bags. They didn't even collect one. I was told we could have called for bulk trash which will be picked up once a month-we had never even used this option once. The 2nd incident occured about 6 months later we came home and the garbage was not picked up. I called and was told 1 of the bags was too heavy-they didn't bother to collect any of the other bags though. My 15 year old managed to carry this bag from the garage to the street but it was too heavy for a GROWN MAN TO LIFT ONTO A TRUCK. Several incidents of this nature have occured through the years, the latest being this week. Knowing how picky this company is, we called for bulk pickup, placed most of the items in contractors bags and lined them nice and neat along the fence by the driveway. I got home and the trash had not been picked up. I called and they told me they could not pick up the trash because it was on our property and not close enough to the street. They didn't bother to pick up the trash next to the street but saw our nice neat arrangement and drove on by. I called and they said they couldn'y pick them up until next week. I asked for a list of all their rules but they could not provide me with one.
