Kennelwood Pet Resort

I had taken my dogs here for grooming a few times and the level of service is not up to standard. I left specific instructions for how to contact me, i.e. via my cell phone, not my home phone, when the dogs were ready to be picked up. One of my dogs is very anxious being in a kennel, so I had asked to be called immediately when she was done so I could come get her. They called my HOME phone and left a message after ALL 3 dogs were finished. My dog was so anxious and upset she didn't eat for a day and a half. I tried them one more time after that, and AGAIN they did not call the cell phone I had specified, even after asking them to remove my home number entirely. I will never go back

Small, dusty facility due to major construction across the street. Place is tacky, colorful. The only exercise areas are concrete. What we've heard of "Kennelwood:" it has 6 or 7 locations and is the biggest corporate kennel in America. My pets? No thanks.
