Very bad customer service Cynthia began arguing with a customer over the phone while I was in her store she was very rude and nasty and made me feel uncomfortable.

In the interest of full disclosure this vendor never actually provided any services for me because she refused to return my phone calls and e-mail. That being said...



I would not use this baker, at all. I bought a groupon as a test for presentation, taste and professionalism for my upcoming wedding. After the groupon was bought I attempted several times through e-mail and phone calls to contact the "business" all with no return response. I even contacted Groupon in an attempt to have them mediate. I was told that I would receive a call back from Cynthia within 3 business days. After waiting a full week I decided that it was no longer worth my time and had them refund my money. If you want someone that is responsive I would not use this baker.
