E's to Bee's Cleaning Services

I am blown away by the outstanding job the E's to Bee crew!! As a full-time mother, with two little children, and a husband I always wanted to save money and clean myself. But then I realized you can never get back time. After searching high and low, Erica and Eddie magically came our way. I IMMEDIATELY felt so comfortable with both of them, and knew from the first moment the E's to Bee was the one for us. There was not a doubt in my mind opening up my house to them to work their magic. We just had our first service this Friday! After a long day at work I open my door to a shining new house. Fresh and organized. Floors were so shiny I could see my reflection. Our shower was cleaner than ever. I can go on and on over how happy I am with their services. This is the first time I feel like I had the longest weekend with my family. E's to Bee is beyond professional, kind, sweet, hard working. They are MIRACLE WORKERS or as I call Erica my fairy godmother. I am so glad I started off my new year with them. I don't want to share them but they are pretty amazing. I am all for a family owned business, they know how to treat their customers, like family. Thank you so much E's to Bee.

Went through Amazon to order this service. Payment was made to Amazon and Erica from the company contacted me 14 hours after the job was completed asking for payment to be made. I contacted amazon and let her know I had done so and they needed her to contact them to begin the payment process. Two hours after contacting her, she started blowing up my phone accusing me of not contacting amazon, saying she was going to need to file an investigation, she felt they worked for free and then said they would be taking me to court if they didn't receive payment. All of this took place less than 24 hours after the service, which I wasn't completely happy with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
