Great customer service. I've done business with them a couple of times. They are very detailed and always ask the right questions when I custom order with them. The delivery time can be long, but I guess it comes from having to custom cut product.

I had a very awful buying experience with this company. Buyers Beware! Products they list on their websites do not match the actual products shipped! Specifications and drawings of hardware, specifically - table legs are outdated and neither the sales representatives or their very rude sales manager has any clue about it. I ordered 304 grade stainless steel table leg with 2 3/8" (60 mm) diameter to replace the existing table leg, received a 3" diameter leg that besides incorrect size was also damaged on the mount end. They shipped a replacement leg, which was also wrong and had a 65mm diameter which obviously doesn't work with 60mm mount that I already had attached on the table. Sales manager was very rude and unprofessional and did not even want to admit that they have a wrong specifications listed on the website, instead offered to return product at my own expense and loose 20% on the restocking fee to pay for their mistakes. P.S. I called the manufacturer of the product - Peter Meier and they confirmed that product I ordered from KE Hardware's website - Tablelegsonline.com is listed there with incorrect specifications and drawings. If you are looking for table legs, hardware or any accessories, I would recommend to stay away from doing any business with this company!
