DK Drilling and Water Systems

I want to pass on what a pleasure it was to do business with DK Drilling. We had the misfortune of having our submersible Well pump go out. We have owned our property since 1986 and have had quite a long history of problems with the well and have had several Service companies work on it at various times.
This time we contacted DK Drilling for a quote on resolving the issue of our 400’ well caving in at around 160’ depth. I first spoke to Le Anne where she took the initial information and said she would have Stanley give me a call to set up a visit. After Stanley heard about all the history with our well it was determined that it would be best to drill a new well. Since we were soon to be out of water Stanley assisted me with all the required paper work necessary to register the well and the job was started. On the day drilling was commenced we were in and out of rain but they were able to complete drilling our new well.
After the drilling we caught a break in the weather which allowed the ground to dry out enough for the drilling rig to pull out away from the new well. The new well was properly cased, sealed and the pump was installed and tested. All this work including plugging the old well was accomplished in a time span of a week.
I wish to thank Le Anne, Stanley, John T. and Dale for an excellent and very professional job from the beginning to the end.
