Sears Auto Center

I will NEVER step foot in Sears @ Bangor Mall ever again.



1. Staff were clearly bothered by my interest in making a large purchase and that they were going to have to actually work at work! I stated my interest in a product, they weren't sure if they had it in stock and said their warehouse was closed. It took promoting to get them to look in the system and every step of the way. Staff NEVER provided information or attempted to be the least bit personable even after I decided to make this large purchase.



2. Overheard another staff (Charles) say to another well dressed employee (without a name tag) "I always knew you were gay".



If being gay is not allowed at Sears and sales associates being asked to work is a ridiculous request, I'll take my money elsewhere. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about how unprofessional this store is. I never call in formal complaints but the second I hit the parking lot I found the Sears customer service number and filed a complaint.

The store has a good supply of merchandise and the employees have been very helpful

Sears is nice to shop at. Their sales are good, especially near christmas!
