Precision Outdoor Power Equipment

I'm highly disappointed with Percision pump I had a system put in by Chad I trusted that he would be knowledgeable and get us a system that would be sufficient for our needs I questioned the system several times due to the amount of iron we have and the amount of water we use he was adamant that this will be sufficient for our home. it's not when trying to contact him I get no response and when I did instead of helping solve the issue he just goes MIA I reach out to the owner several occasions no response no call back so I've spent thousands on a system that's no good so now I have to go with another company and start over as a business owner myself I would never treat customers this way I would definitely reach back out to them and try to solve the issue this is not how this company operates obviously save yourself the hassle go elsewhere. A customer hiring a business that's supposed to be knowledgeable and what they're selling you should be able to trust that they're going to do right by you as I'm not knowledgeable in these types of systems so I'm just going off of what they tell me Expensive mistake!
