Not a place to buy lotto tickets! The owners are pinning tickets and will try and sell you tickets out of sequence. The reason for it is that they have already pulled the winning ticket for themselves. This has happened 2 times already and the son has one answer and the dad has a different answer about these missing tickets. I doubt they are doing this to all tickets being sold but if your buying a lot of the same tickets then they will run this scam. Look out for slightly scratched tickets showing 3 numbers at the top of the card. They are very hard to notice because it is done using a pin or a razor and sometimes will be covered over even. Also dont take tickets out of sequence, it means they have stole the winning ticket already.
