Certainly not timely with their service. Tomorrow I may have to go ape shit on them if I get jerked around for a 3rd. time. When calling for service be sure you know who your talking to they play a silly name game on customers. I talked twice (by phone) to them about service the place is small yet no one can remember my 2 previous calls. It's a circle jerk they must be dumping inventory just before closing the store.

Jim called for repair on my refrig, by the time a service person got to our house I had found the problem , a damper motor between the freezer and fridge wasn't working meaning the refrigerator section wasn't getting cold so needed service really soon, luckily I took the damper out and got cold air in. The old man at the store was supposed to order the part which he didn't do and called back a few days later and he didn't remember me or my phone number. He said he would call and never did. Since then I repaired the damper myself,remember this is a refrig that would not be working if I didn't figure it out myself, at this time it's been six days no call, have put refrig together and is working fine, I also got the lecture about buying appliances at menards. I do not know why this place is in business.i am only giving one star because they don't have a neg star.

When we bought all 6 new appliances for our house, Jim told us that he was better than the box stores because he would service our items. FAT CHANCE! Found out after we had problems 7 months after they were delivered that he does not service outside the city of Baraboo! If I could give a negative rating, I would.

I called for service on my dishwasher and was working to set up an appointment with Jim for the repair he was very pleasant until he found out that I bought the ddishwasher at menards. He then gave me a 5 minute lecture on how usually they hang up on people who buy their appliances elsewhere because they don't service them! And basically told me that I was an idiot for purchasing the appliance from somewhere that doesn't have a service department! Then he told me that this is the rate for people who buy their stuff at menards, which I was fine with I wasn't expecting free service! He ended by saying that next time I need to buy from Isenberg's and that they will be to my house SOMETIME next week and hung up on me before I could ask when. Now why would I want to buy from a place that treats "potential" customers like that!

Loved this place! The man who owns it was so nice, very knowledgeable and helpful! We had first gone there and they didn't have a freezer small enough for what we were looking for. He went through our options of what we could get (even though they didn't sell them) and gave us his recommendations. Well, we decided to get a bigger freezer in the end, and went back there a few weeks later. He remembered us and we picked up from the previous time. We paid, they delivered a few days later (out of town) and the delivery guys were awesome as well! Offered to move it into the basement- but it ended up being too wide for the stairs. They take care of getting the warranty information for you and keep it on file. I will be getting all of my appliances from them in the future!

This business is AWFUL!!! How can they be in business while treating their customers so badly? I've never EVER had someone so rude to me on the phone! They don't deserve the ONE star I to had give them. If I could have skipped the star-giving step, I would have.

Terrible Service!! A service person was suppose to come on 2 separate occasions to fix a broken dryer and never showed up! They don't schedule appointments either, they tell you they'll call when they have an opening. Who does business like this? Beware!
