My clock is 35 years old and has never been serviced. It had stopped chiming 3 years ago. I am so glad I called Accurate Clock Repair. Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and gave us some lessons on clock repair. He was prompt and courteous. We enjoyed having him in our home. My clock now works as good as new. My mother's grandfather clock (which I inherited a few years ago) had stopped running so I called Accurate Clock Repair based on the positive reviews. They able to schedule an appointment the next day and Mark even arrived a bit early. He was personable and professional, and I can't say enough good things about the level of workmanship and competence. Besides telling me a bit about the history and functionality of the clock he also gave me a quick "clock care 101" session afterwards, which I really appreciated. This company will definitely get more business from me in the future!

if you want quality work & warranty, this is the place. They are extremely nice and honest and take their time (no pun intended) to answer any questions and they even showed us before and after pictures of our clock. All I have to say is WOW! Worth every penny.
