I had a flood in my basement at my house in Culpeper and Doug came to the rescue within 24 hours of the event. He worked hard to determine the source of the flooding and then suggested clean/restoration steps. We chose to take advantage of having the work done anyway and finally finish the basement --
and we are very happy with the result. He is skilled, efficient, professional, and very respectful. But the quality of his workmanship and attention to detail is fantastic - you can tell he's been in this trade for a long time and treats it with passion I haven't seen in a contractor.
