Phoenix Chinese Buffet

I had the pleasure of stopping in here driving through to Las Vegas. The buffet is extensive and includes the usual suspects, fried rice, delicious home made egg drop soup, lo mein woked to perfection. But no one would ever think to find exquisite home made pot stickers! Steamed then grilled, filled with savory bits of mouthwatering pork, cabbage and spices made by the grandmother you occasionally see inspecting her product on the buffet line. Tender, juicy pig feet that fall off the bone as you greedily pick them up before they run out. No doubt they have been braising for at least a day to get to that perfect texture. I highly recommend making a stop if you find yourself doing some shopping at the outlets!
