        I went to Crosstown yesterday night and had the worst experience ever. The waiter came to ask us for our drinks but when my husband was going to order his the waiter told him to wait and he walked away from us. We waited more then 20 minutes and he didn't come back. When we got up to leave he said " Do you need anything" my husband told him that we had been waiting for 20 minutes and he never came back and that we were leaving. This guy said "OK" and didn't even apologize. When I requested to speak to the manager all he told me was that the waiter was new. Never coming here again..
