Overall

My review is similar to others you will see out there, the customer service at this place is awful. We were delivered an incorrect pizza and the manager basically called us liars and would do nothing to remedy the situation. Needless to say, we will never be going there again. There are several better pizza places in Batavia, such as Pal Joey's and Charlie Fox's. Don't waste your time with this place and it's staff, trust me.
