Wituk Martial Arts

this place rocks... the cardio kickboxing is amazing.. went to a couple of other places in the area that wernt anywhere near as fun. What really made Whituk better is that they have freestanding bags that you hit...so instead of just swatting at the air all of the time once in a while you actuall hit bags... also ocasionally they bring in pine boards to break... for some reason breaking small thin pine boards with the grain (not really all that exciting for me.. can you tell) really helps boost my wife's self confidence
