Rude staff, particularly Becky. She acts like you're bothering her for doing her job. Dr. Patin is a nice fellow, but 6 months ago he recommended a new contact lens for dry eyes. From day one I had problems, but I had purchased them and sent in the bar code on the boxes for a rebate which I never received. So I thought I was stuck and had to finish them. After suffering through six months of uncomfortable lenses it was finally time to reorder. I asked to go back to the previous brand. They refused to order them without another exam. Another $35. After trying to explain the situation they refused to offer another alternative. I have never been so disappointed in an establishment. Would not recommend this place at all.
