        Overall

        He told me the car has no rust repeatedly and when I bought the car there was extensive rust in both rocker panels and a large hole at the foot well covered up with a sheet of metal but nor even repaired. I e-mailed him multiple times and he never replied, although he was very friendly and responsive while trying to sell me the car. I would not recommend anyone to do business with Kel.
