He is a good medical physician but lacks in psychotherapy. Basically he can stablize you but can't help with non-medicine treated therapy such helping with problems that are fixed through talking. This is not much different than many other physicians in BR. They have not the time or interest to talk with you other than a medicined stabilization. I would pay big money to have someone talk with me as well as treat me with medicine. In bigger cities, there are doctors that treat that way.
