Vegas Vape Lounge

I would not recommend Vegas Vape Lounge to anyone. Their website describes the staff as friendly and professional, I found them to be neither of these things. I was not greeted upon entry and no one ever came to ask if I needed assistance. The staff failed to welcome other customers or ask them if they needed anything as well. The female staff members were too busy huddled together by the bar sitting, talking, laughing, and operating their cellular devices. I eventually got up and left. This is my last time at this establishment. It was a waste of my time and money. I really hope the owner sees this review so that he or she may get rid of problematic employees (trainer) or correct these issues with the manager/trainer especially ( It starts at the top. If the manager or trainer does his/her job correctly, the other workers will as well.) and the rest of the employees. Nothing is wrong with having a laid back work environment, as long as people do their jobs when it’s time. When staff members neglect duties, clientele and money both decrease. Also it shows a lack of respect for the owner, whose business they are putting at jeopardy, and shows their lack of care for their job and customers. I couldn’t continue without adding at least one star.
