Chartier & Sons Plumbing

Chartier and sons, and partner John Kelly, took over $13,000 from me and my wife to do mechanical and plumbing on our new bakery, 8 weeks later we have a hole in the cement floor, and a exhaust hood installed improperly, and plumbing plans that were rejected by the county permitting department. after many many calls to both Kelly and Chartier they came to the new business at night, left a hot water heater at the rear door and a check taped to it for $680.00 , they texted me and said to look at my back door and they are pulling the plumbing permit and say they are done with their work. now on top of that, the main worker John Kelly does not hold any contractor license for any of the work he has done, they wont return phone calls and leave me no choice to connect with the police department.. gary
