This place has a realtor who is a complete annoyance...her name is Gina Park. This woman is relentless in producing a truckload of listings that get mailed to your home weekly. This is a waste of paper, plus they have to be disposed of in recycle - which takes place once a week in Queens. I had my house for sale last year and I'm still receiving junk mail from this woman. Stay away from this realty at all costs or your will never have a moment of peace. If this were a smart realtor, whe would know that my house is no longer on the market, it was sold and is being inhabited by new owners, plus I'm not even living in Queens anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
