Baytown Counseling Services

When I called this number the receptionist that answered was pretty nice. Then she asked why I was needing the counseling services. I started to tell her but in mid sentence she got rude and told me that the counselor didn't handle the case. I would understand in any other situation but the thing is she didn't even here what our case was she just dismissed me over the phone before I could get one sentence out. It emberassed me even when I hadn't told her anything and I couldn't believe how rude she got with me. I'm glad I didn't go here. I can't imagine what it would have been like in person.
