Pecan Grove Duplexes

Pecan Grove seems like an OK place to live from the outside. I used to know someone who lived there and her place was nice on the inside too. I just don't think that they have any available homes, or they are just not really interested in renting to anyone. I have tried to reach them over the years with no luck. I have called, no answer, left messages, no return call. I have gone by, door is always locked, no one in the office. I never see maintenance there either, though the outside seems well kept. Go figure, you would think someone would at least call back to answer my questions or just tell me they are full or something.
