I have been in the hotel industry for a long time. this is by far the worst taxi service i have ever used and will not be using for my guests anymore. they are the most incompitent group of individuals i have worked with. If you dare to use them please allow about 1.5 hours for them to actually show. they suck!!!!

I drove in a cab today. The driver was friendly and polite. The cost for the service is outrageous. Buyer beware, they do not charge people based upon distance, but "zoning". Let me tell you it should cost someone $5.00 to $ 8.00 for the trip. Instead it cost one nearly $20.00 for a trip that's less than four miles. Give me a break. This cab company is not only a rip off but its service is super slow. ONCE AGAIN BUYER BEWARE WHEN USING THIS COMPANY

I unfortunately had to use this company for after 10pm local transports within 6 miles. They might have shown up on time once, the other 6 or 7 times anywhere's from 15 minutes- 45 minutes later.
