Very professional company. Even when we had a minor issue months after having the roof put on, they came out and fixed it for free.

I would not recommed this company to anyone. The company lost my file and never scheduled me for my roof repairs, and never would have completed my job if I hadn't called them repeatedly for 2 weeks. They finally found my file and got the job done, but were full of excuses. There is no real communication between the "office" people. The roofers did a great job other than the one who decided to pour pop on my cat. I would have like to have been able to commmunicate with them also, but none of them spoke much english. I did refer my neighbor to them when I first hired them and it was too late for him to change roofers after my experience. He would have had to wait til next year to get it done and he had storm da,mage that couldnt make it through the winter. He has also had issues but I can't speak fir him. I also never got the referral bonus from my neighbors job and I dont suspect I ever will get it. Steer clear of this company if you value customer service because this company is severely lacking in that dept.!
