2 Guys Towing & Auto Repair

I was going home to my daughter with special needs and aging parents on a windy, terribly rainy night before an expected ice storm, my car full of groceries. Before I could get very far, I heard a horrible noise, and one tire went flat. My beau was just a bit behind me checking out at the store, but his back was hurt, and I wouldn't let him change it.

I called my roadside assistance, and they estimated a 60-75 minute wait. Within 15 minutes or so, 2 Guys Towing called me, and said they were about five minutes away, and they'd be right there. What an enormous relief!

When William arrived, he was in an exceptionally pleasant mood, despite the night he surely had ahead (with the storm coming and heavy traffic to boot). That outstanding, genuine pleasantry and friendliness continued throughout his having to do his job on the ground, in pouring rain, in the dark. He lightened the situation to the point that for that time I forgot the issue of having to buy a new tire! To boot, his work was quick, and he was careful to ensure everything was thorough and complete. William was immediately able to diagnose the cause after examining the tire; and his expertise was evident.

Our departure was equally "hometown friendly", and I left knowing I would always rely on the [many] services they provide in the future. I will recommend them every opportunity that arises!

The Two Guys employee quickly responded to my request for help on a rainy, holiday Sunday evening. After another company was unable to open my trunk where I had left my keys, I called Two Guys. While one employee was enroute to my car, the company owner was researching online to find an alternate way to unlock my trunk and retrieve my keys. By the time help arrived, which was no longer than fifteen minutes, he had a solution and was able to solve my dilemma.
He was quick to arrive, quick to get the job done, and very professional and courteous. I would call Two Guys again in a heartbeat if a need should arise.

Very professional people at this company. Responded to me quickly. Went to the repair shop for repair and got me back on the road within an hour. On a Sunday to to beat it all. These guys were great. Will highly recommend to anyone. Thank you 2 guys.

Not impressed with the garage part of this business. I wanted to come get my vehicle and them not fix it. Had to go back (I'm from WV live in NC) to get my car on a Saturday and his response was: I'm not open on Saturday but I'll leave your car outside the gate" What hillbilly does that? I know you don't live that far from the garage you couldn't meet me when I got to town? NOT HAPPY!
