Sensitive Touch Home Health

My experience with them was horrific. One nurse lost my labs, while another shot blood all over her face and my living room. They were never on time, called me 12x in one hour. No voicemail, I was at work. The lady named "Pat" was very rude. Sheila is just about useless. Not quite sure why she gets paid. Abby was the nurse who shot my blood everywhere. Horrific experience, the nurses didn't even care. I had to wait 3 extra days to have my PICC removed. They did not consider my health and well being at any point.

I was referred to this company by another Home Health Agency because the other Home Health Agency didn't accept my insurance. A Sensitive Touch did everything they could to make sure that I was approved to be taken care of at home. Because I am homebound and most Home Health Agencies don't accept my insurance (secure horizons) and medicaid, they did. And on top of that there staff was every professional and caring. I recommend any indivdual to us this company if bound at home for any reason.
