        Lack of Professionalism

        I replied late to an employment verification via email. Don Brickey responded extremely rude stating, "why bother, I sent this to you over a week ago. I've already filed 13 this request." This is totally unprofessional. I work in a very busy HR department where we get employment verifications constantly. The response was unncecessary. Not responding at all would have been better!
