These people are sloppy - high end cost - no site supervisors at any phase of construction - rude subcontractors constantly breaking city ordinances regarding cutting trees and blocking inner city sidewalks blocking children walking to and from a school and forcing them and handicapped into oncoming traffic. At their prices I recommend using a proper architect and thoughtful builder and not these people.
