Lakeside Medical Center

By far the absolute worst hospital care I have ever witnessed. Putting the trust of a loved ones wellbeing in the hands of a hospital should have an effortless, weightless, feeling of comfort, not the exact opposite. This experience was like the equivalent to calling the police for a burglary in progress, only to have them arrive and hand you their gun.. When someone without any knowledge of medicine questions the education and efforts (or lack there of) made by a hospital staff, you know there is a problem. Between the incompetence and lack of bedside manner, it felt more like being stuck in the "what not to do" part of a medical staff instructional video. Maybe if they had focused more of their budget on sturdy, well educated, helpful and useful doctors to actually save patients and less on aesthetically pleasing them, then we might have had a better experience. If I had the option of giving this hospital a negative star then I would have done so...twice...worst. Place. Ever.

It's big & beautiful!! They seem to have more doctors/nurses that actually care about the patients!
