        My thermostat unexpectedly stopped working. I thought the batteries needed to be changed. The issue was not batteries, but the thermostat itself. I phoned Pappy's, the original installers of my furnace. It was an early Saturday morning and a tech was dispatched to my home within 30 minutes. This was not a regular office day. The tech tested my furnace and thermostat and replaced the thermostat. I received professional and expert service. Tech was also wearing a mask.

        My furnace thermostat stopped working unexpectedly. I thought that it only needed new batteries to be installed. Pappy's Heating was the company that had installed my furnace about 4 years ago. I phoned them for assistance. The tech that came out was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived quickly on a Saturday morning. I have also used this company for yearly maintenance checkup on the furnace. They are always polite and concerned regarding your situation.
