Friendly and on time. They were not the lowest price but not too expensive either and my carpet came out very clean. They offered some other services but were not pushy when I said I only wanted the carpet cleaned (however I did get them to put scotchguard on the carpet after I thought about it). All in all, it was a very good job and they were very careful with everything in my home. They are my new carpet cleaners from now on.
