History of mistakes. Wrong tires on wrong vehicles. Claiming the vehicle needed parts when it did not. Rude customer service. Stay away

I recently had my suv inspected at LMR. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My car has never ran this well..i am estactic. Would recommend them to all friends and family

LMR will order whatever tire you want. They also complete whatever service you need...eventually. Apparently, scheduling an appointment is unnecessary because your vehicle will sit outside for at least half an hour, but more likely an hour. I'm sure the technicians and mechanics are capable, but the business overbooks, which, in my opinion shows they are more concerned with making money than with customer service. I get it. It's a business, but it is ridiculous and frustrating. I used to take my vehicle to LMR for every service until they forgot about it on one occasion. After several years, I decided to give them a second chance. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I'm done with LMR.

I took my car to the LMR Tires in Centre Hall to be serviced because my car was shaking & my tires were rubbing terribly every time I made a sharp turn. I was charged $318. Guess what? They didn't fix a damn thing!!!! My car continued to vibrate and my tires were still rubbing every time I made a sharp turn. I sent an email to Chris Lykens (owner) and expressed my dissatisfaction with the service at his Centre Hall location. He responded promptly to my email, apologized & offered to rectify the problem by having my car reserviced at FREE OF CHARGE. I took my car to have my car serviced again based on Chris Lykens promise to service my car for FREE. Chris lied! I was charged $275. The incompetent idiots managed to fix the shaking of my car but they still COULD NOT manage to fix the rubbing of the tires. A day after they serviced it it started to screech. 2 days later my oil light kept coming on informing me my oil was low. Impossible. I had a complete oil change two months before.

I was there and overheard a conversation that a customer was having and her vehicle failed inspection due to the exhaust. After my vehicle failed to poor exhaust, estimate was $1000, I decided to ask around. First two people I spoke two had failed inspections . Both needed new exhaust. Seems to be a pattern here?
