Terrible, caused more damage than they helped then blamed me for their mistake. Did not stand by their work. Also says accredited by the BBB, according to the BBB they are not.
Always good personable worker. Showed me what had been blocking the sewer. Cheapest price. And a discount for cash payment.

Found one leak, repaired & rechecked, found another leak, repaired and rechecked, Repaired 3rd leak & Confirmed repairs!

Alpha was fantastic. They were referred to me by another plumbing company who couldn't handle or even try to diagnose the problem. Even though it wasn't a quick fix they stayed with it until it was done through the course of a few days. They took our multiple calls and didn't seem as if we were bothering them, they were quick in responding and always showed up when they promised. Alpha was reasonably priced and best of all fixed the problem.
A friend of mine recommended Alpha. After coming back from holiday, I found a leak. The problem was so small and easily fixed (I felt so stupid) - they didn't even charge me. Excellent!
