Steven was very professional and concerned about making sure things were done right. I truly appreciate all he did but also how he went about doing it. Roto-Rooter called asking if they could come earlier, that's always a plus in my books. Steven was very courteous and kept me informed on what he was doing. He stayed for hours, however, he wasn't able to clear my sewer. He called another person in the company who was able to come within 15 minutes of the call. The other person used a different piece of equipment, jetter, and was able to clear the blockage. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is I had to pay a higher price than was originally quoted because another person had to come out to clear the drain.

Zak was very professional, friendly and worked diligently to fix our sewer issues. He completed the entire job, even though it was very labor intensive.

Hasan did a great job unclogging our drain and was very helpful talking through the issue and what we could do to help prevent this in the future. I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter and will use them again.

Our plumber Raymond Arriola was very nice, helpful, and quickly got our sink fixed. We were told he would be here between 12:00 and 4:00, and he got here just a few minutes after 12:00. Highly recommended!
