        Its decent. I have a squirrels nest right above my room which keeps my awake at night. Im sure there's better places in the Shiloh/ Belleville area. Jackie is nice. the other managers...yea...

        Connie head manager and Kim office manager do not like blacks!!! Do not rental from this company. For you are not their color they will up the price on you. Stay away

        They have hidden fee every where , take your deposit to hold for the apartment and call it a "admin" fee.... Do not recommend. Not to mention there not the friendliest .
