The UPS Store

This business has the most unprofessional manager/co-owner I have ever seen. They do not look out for their customers nor fix there mistakes. All I wanted was a refund for something that was not my fault but their employees. Instead Mrs. Mary Beth co-owner ended my visit at her store by giving me relationship advice and calling my finace and undue name using profanity. Since when is that customer service? Not only is this a reflection on the business it's self but it's also a reflection on UPS. It is a shame that they allow franchises to be built and people like Tom and Mary Beth Holloway ruin their names. I will never ship through this store ever again!!
