Irrigation Doctor

This company had the worst service ever. Last year, they replaced a valve outside of my house for over five hundred dollars. This year, when we start the system the ring is broke and it's leaking.(in less than a year, and it's covered by warranty) I called them they said to maintain the warranty I will have to ask them to start up the system for $45 dollars. The attitude of their technician is horrible. Wish I had read the reviews here and their BBB ratings earlier.

I will never attempt to use this company again. I had an appointment set up in a 4 hour window, and they decided not to show up. They called an hour and a half after the 4 hour window to tell me they were running late, and since I missed the call they decided not to show up at all.
Even though this was clearly THEIR mistake, they have not way to fit me into their schedule until a few weeks from now.
Very unprofessional, terrible customer service.

I had an window of 10-2 and they showed up at 2:10. They wanted over 200 dollars to fix a 4 broken heads! I went to the local store and bought the heads for around 20 bucks. It took about 15 minutes to change them all. What a joke. Go elsewhere! I'm all for paying for work done but that was serious price gouging. I've paid far less using other companies.

Always a pleasurable experience doing business with the Irrigation Doctor, especially Danny and Bobby. The employees are always courteous and provide a high quality of service. The company provides the customer with flexible hours, reasonable prices, and works to meet your needs. I have used this company for over six years. Thanks again Dan and Bobby!
